Cancellation Policy

Custom packaging goes into production quickly once you approve it, so the time you have to cancel depends on where your order is.

Before you approve the proof

Requesting a quote does not commit you to anything. You can stop at any point before you approve the final proof and payment terms are met. If our designers have already started paid design work for you, that design work is not refundable.

After you approve the proof

Approved orders are usually scheduled for production within hours. If you need to cancel, email hello@vorexpackaging.com immediately. A cancellation can only be considered if production has not started and no materials have been processed. It is not guaranteed, and a cancellation fee may apply. Your specialist will confirm whether the order can still be stopped and what fee, if any, applies.

Once production has started

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, because the packaging is made only for you. The same applies to changes: once production starts, a change may need a complete reprint at your cost.

Delays

Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or other events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation once production has started. We will keep you updated if a delay affects your order.
