Rush orders for custom packaging
On a deadline? Tell us the date you need your packaging by and a specialist confirms what is possible, and any rush charge, in your quote.
What a rush order is
Standard production at Vorex takes 7 days after you approve your proof, then your order ships. A rush order is for when your launch, event or restock date is sooner than that. You tell us the date, and a packaging specialist checks whether your style, quantity and finish can be produced in time.
How it works
- Tell us your date. In the quote form, choose Rush as the timeline and add the date you need your packaging by.
- We check what is possible. Your specialist confirms the date we can meet and any rush charge in your quote. Nothing is charged or produced until you approve it.
- Approve your proof quickly. Production starts only after you approve the digital proof, so a fast approval is the biggest time saver. Print-ready artwork helps most.
- Production and shipping. Your order is produced ahead of the standard schedule and ships by DHL or FedEx. Faster shipping options are quoted when you need them.
What rushes best
- Simple styles in standard board, such as mailer boxes, tuck end cartons, labels and stickers
- Standard print with matte or gloss lamination
- Quantities in the lower tiers
These usually need more time, so ask early: rigid boxes, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, window patching and custom inserts.
What to send for the fastest answer
- Product or box style and inside dimensions
- Quantity
- Your delivery address and the date you need it by
- Your artwork or logo, if it is ready
